Tottenham target Sergino Dest has admitted he could play for Spurs in the future, according to Alasdair Gold via football.london.
Dest has been linked with a move to the Lilywhites in recent months and he previously revealed he could end up in North London in the next few years.
Jose Mourinho wants to find suitable competition for Serge Aurier and the Ajax right-back fits the profile perfectly. Spurs youngsters Juan Foyth and Kyle Walker-Peters are considered surplus to requirements, which would create room in the squad for the Sons of the Gods academy graduate.
The 19-year-old has played 20 games in the Eredivisie for Erik ten Hag’s side this season, creating five assists so far. After breaking into the first team at the Johan Cruyff Arena, his market value is now estimated at £16.2m by Transfermarkt, but it is unclear if Daniel Levy will dip into his pockets to sign the American in the summer.
As expected, many Spurs fans reacted to Gold’s update on social media, with one dubbing the news “awesome” and another adding that he is a “wicked player.” However, not all supporters were convinced about the prospective deal.

Unless he sells players ( and he might ) Levy isn’t spending money. Stop fantasizing. Not healthy.
