3 Dele Alli-esque transfer deals Spurs must look to seal next week

Tottenham are really motoring at the moment in the Premier League, and look to be the closest challengers to runaway leaders Chelsea so far this season.

Our Spurs fans here at the bar in the Tavern are a happy bunch at the moment, and they couldn’t be much happier with how things are going at the moment.

The club cannot afford to rest on their laurels though if they are to maintain a title challenge, and manager Mauricio Pochettino will know he might need to add a few more faces before the close of the January transfer window.

One place the Argentine might want to look is in the lower leagues, where he might be hopeful of signing the next Dele Alli, or a player of similar talent.

With that in mind, we take a look at THREE Dele Alli-esque signings Spurs could look to seal before the end of the window…

Ronaldo Vieira

Exciting Leeds United talent Vieira has been a revelation for Leeds and Garry Monk this season, and is seriously impressing.

Vieira clearly can play at a higher level, it is just seemingly a matter of time for the exciting young midfielder.

Spurs have some quality midfielders, and Vieira would only learn and improve more and more if he was to make a move to White Hart Lane.

Leo Da-Silva-Lopes

Peterborough youngster Lopes is one of the most exciting talents in League One at the moment, and the Posh will do very well to keep hold of him this window.

The young midfielder has been a revelation, and his talent will take him a long way if he keeps progressing as he is.

Lopes should be in the Premier League in the not too distant future, and Spurs could be the ideal club for him to further his career.

Ben Bereton

Nottingham Forest man Bereton is the latest in a long line of talents off the Forest production line, and could well be on his way to the Premier League sooner rather than later.

17-year-old Bereton has been superb in the youth and reserve set ups at Forest, and his talent is clear for all to see.

Spurs love buying young players and developing them, and the chance for Bereton to work with Harry Kane would be huge for the youngster if he made the move.
