Spurs manager Mauricio Pochettino is undoubtedly one of the games top up and coming managers and his Spurs side have once again shown how good he is this season.

The Argentine has his team playing some quality football, with high pressing, pace, and work ethic very much a part of this team ethos.

However, despite having such a good season once again, some Spurs fans have been chatting to our landlord at the bar this week, and much of that talk has been about certain Spurs players who not being used to their potential.

Pochettino very much has a settled XI, but is he missing a trick under using certain players? With this thought in mind, we take a look at TWO Spurs players who could be being used more by Pochettino…

Vincent Janssen

The Dutch striker has not been given many chances by Pochettino this season for one reason or another.

Even at the moment, with Harry Kane injured, Spurs have opted for Dele Alli up front ahead of their big striker Janssen.

It will be interesting to see between now and the end of the season if Pochettino gives his summer signing more of a chance in Kane’s absence.

Moussa Sissoko

Despite not exactly showing his best form for the club so far, Sissoko is still a full French international with enough quality to warrant more game time.

Pochettino has clearly not been overly impressed with Sissoko this term, but he might well want to give him more chances between now and the end of the season.
