Swansea City have revealed on their official website that winger Jefferson Montero is fit to play in their next games after initial fears over an injury he sustained against Manchester United last weekend.
Indeed, the Swans fans here in the Transfer Tavern are relieved that one of their more creative players will not be missing as they look to fight off relegation this season with them currently two wins away from safety.
The South American winger fractured a bone in his left hand against United on Sunday but will be able to play with it in a protective cast and will not now need surgery as first feared.
The winger has only just returned from a calf injury and will now be looking to help the Welsh side in their current predicament having not won a game since the opening day of the season against Burnley.
Their next attempt for a win comes away at Everton after the international break.
