Bye Bye! The 2 most likely players to quit Rangers this summer

Rangers fans have been making plenty of noise here in the Transfer Tavern following last weeks last minute equaliser at Celtic Park.

The Gers have had a pretty decent season on the whole in the Scottish Premier, and look set to finish in the upper echelons of the league table come the end of the season.

Following the departure of manager Mark Wartburton though, there is bound to be a bit of nervousness around Ibrox as we head into the summer, with player departures high on the agenda of the fans over at the bar this week.

Rangers could well lose out on some of their better players this summer for one reason or another, with big clubs in England monitoring the situation of one or two of their star men.

With this in mind, we have taken a look at TWO Rangers players who could well quit the club this summer…

James Tavernier

The flying right back was a big favourite of Warburton’s, and he has already has spells in the Championship in England before.

He is a quality full back, and should an offer come in for the former Rotherham and Wigan man, then he might well be tempted with a move back to England.

Joe Garner

Another player who could attract interest over in England is former Preston man Joe Garner.

With plenty of Championship and League One clubs looking for strikers who are proven and know where the back of the net is, then Garner could be their man.

He only signed for the club last summer, but he could well be tempted with a move back down south if the right offer comes in.
