West Ham United are having a bit of an up and down season in the Premier League this term, and look on course for a mid table finish under their enigmatic manager Slaven Bilic.

The Hammers fans here in the Transfer Tavern have been a bit flat in the main, and are looking forward to a summer where new players might arrive and some might well move on.

Talk over at the dartboard this week has centred around the Hammers and their summer outgoings, rather than incomings, and our landlord has been deep in conversation with some West Ham fans discussing who might look to move on from the club.

With this thought in mind, we have taken a look at the West Ham squad, and identified TWO Hammers players who might well look to quit the club this summer…

Ashley Fletcher

The young striker was a revelation for Barnsley in League One last term, but has not been able to carry that form into the Premier League.

Fletcher has all the attributes to be a good striker, but has found chances limited behind Andy Carroll, and could well look to seek out a move to get his career well and truly up and running in the top flight.

Diafra Sakho

Another forward who has not been given many opportunities this season is Sakho.

This summer could represent the chance to for Sakho to seek a move away from the Hammers, and there would no doubt be plenty of suitors happy to sign up the striker to their squad given the chance.
