FA Cup action is back on the agenda for some EFL teams this coming weekend and that is the case for Sheffield Wednesday who head south on Friday night to face QPR.
The Owls were excellent in beating Leeds United not so long ago in the league but did what they usually do and took a big leap backwards after that by getting hammered by Blackburn Rovers last time out.
They head to the R’s, then, looking to try and bounce back from that with a win in the cup but the home side are in good form after beating Leeds themselves at the weekend.
Even so, the Owls are going to be backed by fine away support – as they have been for the duration of the campaign – with the club revealing as such on Twitter:
QPR ticket update: Our allocation of 2,663 has sold out..
We have received another 3⃣0⃣0⃣ tickets

After what happened on Saturday, though, it’s evident that fans feel as though that is undeserved:
Honestly don’t deserve this support

Honestly unreal support. The players really should thank their lucky stars they are backed by thousands everywhere they go. Very few clubs in this division barring Leeds and forest would take those sorts of numbers.

Unsurprising really. Away games are 200 times more enjoyable than Hillsborough at the minute.

Give each and everyone of them a beer from the club, respect to every single one of them 👊🏻
