West Bromwich Albion fans here in the Tavern are hoping for a change of fortune, as they currently face the reality of relegation to the Championship.
The Baggies have had a season to forget under both Tony Pulis and Alan Pardew, as the Hawthorns is on course to become a Championship stadium for next season. Indeed, currently sitting rock bottom of the Premier League table, it’s clear to see that immediate changes are required in order to get the club out of its current state.
Subsequently, the Baggies’ survival hopes took a turn for the worse last night as they were on the receiving end of a 3-0 defeat against Chelsea. And, following the continuation of their poor run of form, the club decided that certain changes needed to be put in place if they are to make the great escape.
Indeed, the club opted to sack chairman John Williams and chief executive Martin Woodman, a drastic change to the hierarchy that was brought to the attention of supporters in a post from West Bromwich Albion’s Twitter account.

Following the club’s post, fans were full of praise for the swift decisions that have been enforced, and hope that this proves to be a smart move come the end of the season.
Nevertheless, here’s a look at exactly the sort of reaction being given off on social media…
