The Manchester United fans in the Transfer Tavern were delighted to see their side return to winning ways on Saturday evening after a routine victory over Newcastle United.
Mourinho was bitterly disappointed to see his side lose 1-0 against his former club Chelsea prior to the international break, but United managed to put the result behind them and return to the Premier League with a 4-1 victory over Rafa Benitez’s Newcastle. Dwight Gayle did momentarily give the United fans propping up the bar cause for concern after he opened the scoring on 14 minutes to beat the sprawling De Gea for the first-time at Old Trafford this season. However, the day belonged to United who ran out comfortable winners in the end.
Next up for United is a trip to face FC Basel in the Champions League tomorrow night, and the club’s official Twitter page were keen to show their stars in pre-match training earlier today.

And the return of Zlatan Ibrahimovic appears to be attracting plenty of attention from fans of the Red Devils from around the world.
With United’s place in the knockout stages of the competition already secured, there is a strong chance that Ibrahimovic could start their tie in Switzerland tomorrow night.
