Our West Ham fans here in the Transfer Tavern cannot wait for their next game to come around after a disappointing opening weekend.
The Hammers have impressed many with the signings that they have made this summer but that counted for very little as they ran out 4-0 losers against Manchester United over the weekend.
For sure, then, the club has work to do and Slaven Bilic will be hoping the new players integrate into the side better than some of his other recent buys.
Indeed, the likes of Robert Snodgrass just don’t seem to have been able to work their way into the side and his future really does look in doubt after David Gold revealed he didn’t even travel with the squad to Manchester yesterday.
