Hot Fan – Whatever Happened To Donna Air?

Whilst compiling our everso slightly gratuitous Hot Fans piece the other day, we began to probe a little (not very far in fact) into what in the name of Alan Hensen’s eyebrows had become of some of them.

Okay, so we started with the pretty ones. Newcastle United fan Donna Air seemed to be always on the telly. Being giggly, girly and generally being a rather glamorous ambassador for Newcastle.

Once a resident fixture of chirpy northerness on The Big Breakfast, the Newcastle lass famously asked The Corrs how they met. No, she actually did.  She then went on to star in the seminal blockbuster, ‘The Mummy Returns’. No, she actually did.

Well what happened to her? Well she was last seen placing her baby daughter in the care of a Gorilla as part of a family ceremony being upheld by the Aspinall family. She was engaged to Damien Aspinall. But is not longer.

No confirmed word on the kid, but I presume she got it back or that would have definitely got her back on out TV screens.

Well now, when it comes to football, one man has for many years been the most noticeable, the most controversial, and occasionally the most successful blogger this country has ever produced. His pithy words and abrasive style make him as famous off the pitch as he is on it. This man is Escapini. "I love football. Football she's a cruel mistress. She's, she's more than a mistress. She's a wife, she's a mother, she's a daughter, she's an errant child. She's a… she's a… she can make you laugh, she make you cry. She can bring tears me eyes. She can bring blood to me shoulders. She can bring a kettle to the boil." "Cause football is about nothing, unless it's about something and what it is about, is football."
