The Argentine endured a difficult start to life on these shores upon his arrival from Roma, though he improved ten-fold last season, before injury problems impacted his game time this season.

He’s been linked with moves away from White Hart Lane, though took to Twitter to post an update on his fitness following surgery. Obviously, the likes of Dele Alli, Christian Eriksen and Harry Kane are helping Spurs without him, though there’s little doubt ‘Coco’ would be a huge part of the squad right now.
From electric to elusive, Lamela’s third season in England hasn’t been much to shout about at all, though the idea of seeing him strut his stuff next year is proving an exciting one for our north London locals.
