Claude Puel has had a decent season in his first year in charge of Southampton, guiding the Saints to what looks like being a top half finish, as well as a League Cup final.
The Southampton fans here in the Tavern have been pretty happy with how things have gone, and in the main, they have been in a good mood over by the dartboard.
Talk this week though has turned to the summer, and who the fans would like to see moved in and out of the club.
As Puel will no doubt be looking to put more of his own stamp on the club, he will probably have to look to move some players on, and our landlord agrees.
With this in mind, we have taken a look at TWO Southampton players Claude Puel should look to axe this summer…
Florin Gardos

The defender finds himself well out of favour now, and he might well be one of the players who is moved on by Puel.
Gardos has never quite adjusted to the Premier League or English game in general, and a move away to another league could well be best for all parties this summer.
Harrison Reed

The young midfielder has been on the outskirts of the squad for quite some time, and is a big talent, however, he might wish to be moved on.
Puel could well bow to his wishes, and with the Saints looking to improve and push for Europe, Reed might well be one who is moved on to make room for incoming transfers in the summer.
