Leeds United have been one of the standout performers in the Championship this season as they continue to hunt down promotion to the Premier League.
The Whites need to ensure consistency after the international break if they are to stand any chance of securing an automatic promotion place as they suffered a heavy defeat against West Brom last time out. However, it appears as if they’re eyeing a potential addition, as according to Team Talk, Leeds have already been linked with Tom Heaton.
Leeds will reportedly turn to a former England goalkeeper in January after the club confirmed Jamal Blackman had been sent back to parent club Chelsea after he sustained a fractured tibia.
Jamal Blackman suffered the horrific injury in their Under-23s game with Birmingham and has since returned to his parent club Chelsea.
And, with Tom Heaton down the pecking order at Burnley and looking for an exit, Leeds have already been linked with a potential swoop.

Tom Heaton can guarantee consistency in-between the sticks and still has plenty to offer, so it comes as no surprise that Leeds are being linked with a potential move.
The Englishman can provide a wealth of experience and could even challenge Bailey Peacock-Farrell for the goalkeeping jersey at Elland Road, so he would definitely be a shrewd signing.
