Responding to footage showcasing the talents of loanee Leeds United defender Ben White, many supporters, Leeds and rivals alike, have been discussing the Englishman’s credibility on Twitter – with one Whites fan jokingly stating he is ‘absolute garbage‘.
White, who has started 37 Championship games for Leeds this season (WhoScored), becoming a mainstay as part of Marcelo Bielsa’s promotion-chasing side, was at the centre of discussion following a montage of his ‘great‘ tackling and ‘exceptional‘ passing range.
As well as starting almost every game, White has also racked up 2.3 interceptions per 90 minutes – the most out of any Leeds player including stars like Mateusz Klich and Luke Ayling. Along with his noteworthy 85.3% pass accuracy, it’s clear to see why some supporters would rate him so highly, with a variety of football followers since taking to Twitter and discussing the 22-year-old star on loan from Brighton.

He’s absolute garbage. Can’t tackle. Cant pass. Too slow. Cant read the game. Think Brighton should dodge a bullet and be very happy to offload him onto unsuspecting Leeds. 😁💙💛💙💛
