Tottenham’s Carling Cup winning Jonathan Woodgate played in a friendly against QPR yesterday.
Harry Redknapp was quoted saying he’d never seen so many scouts at a practise match.
John Cross of The Mirror suggested on the Alan Brazil Breakfast Show on Talksport this morning that QPR could well be the favoured Championship side to step in and offer Woodgate a part season loan in which to rehabilitate himself before returning to the Premiership.
Previously Cardiff and Leeds were mentioned but there’s little doubt that Neil Warnock would be an admirable baby sitter in lieu of Harry.
