Tottenham Hotspur fans in the Transfer Tavern have enjoyed a magnificent rise during the past few seasons under the guidance of Mauricio Pochettino, raising belief that they can win honours.
Spurs still hold outside hope of winning the Premier League this term, as they sit seven points behind Chelsea, but the likelihood is their wait for a league title for the first time since 1961 will extend to another season.
Confidence amongst Spurs fans is at an all-time high though, with the Lilywhites boasting an array of top-class players, but the club confirmed a piece of news yesterday that has left a vast amount of Spurs supporters worried.
As Spurs complete construction on their new stadium, the club have confirmed that they will now play at White Hart Lane next season and have activated their option to use the Wembley Stadium as their home ground next season.
That’s quite a concern to Spurs fans, as Pochettino’s men have struggled at the home of English football in recent years and were woeful in their European games at Wembley this season- which has led our landlord to warn Spurs fans that next season could be troublesome.
Preferred the Championship anyway
