Many Sheffield United supporters responded to a post from the club’s official Twitter account showing footage of John Fleck bossing the midfield against Brighton at Bramall Lane.
Football around the world is currently suspended in light of recent events, and fans are trying to get their daily fix wherever they can, meaning teams are having to resort to throwback clips and highlight reels to grab their attention on social media. Thankfully, Blades fans have plenty of memories to look back on, as Chris Wilder’s side have enjoyed a storming run into the top half of the Premier League this season.

The Rangers academy graduate put in a shift all over the pitch, taking 76 touches of the ball, completing 3 successful dribble attempts, making 2 tackles and one interception, finishing the game with a high statistical rating of 7.6 via SofaScore.
After arriving at the South Yorkshire outfit from Coventry City on a free transfer all the way back in 2016, Fleck has made 25 appearances for Wilder’s team this term, scoring 5 goals and producing 2 assists. Despite that, he is currently valued at just £5.85m via Transfermarkt.
Unsurprisingly, loads of SUFC fans took to Twitter to drool over the video, with one admitting the centre-midfielder is a “different class,” and another adding he has “been absolutely superb this season.”
