Sheffield United produced another assured Premier League display on Saturday against Liverpool, despite losing the game 1-0.

The Blades held the European champions at bay for 70 minutes of the match, and only conceded when their goalkeeper Dean Henderson made a mistake which allowed the Reds to take all three points.
Several of the Sheffield United players impressed against Jurgen Klopp’s side, including midfielder John Fleck.
The 28-year-old was outstanding in the middle of the park. He was defensively sound when he needed to be whilst also driving his team forward with several lung bursting runs.
According to WhoScored, the Scotsman completed two successful dribbles and two key passes in the game, whilst also chipping in with one interception, one clearance and one tackle.
Fleck joined the club back in 2016 when they were in League One, growing as a player as the Blades have moved up, with The Scotsman talking up his evolution earlier this year, and following his impressive display against Liverpool he was named Man of the Match on Sheffield United’s official Twitter channel.
