The Tottenham fans in the Transfer Tavern haven’t stopped talking about Kyle Walker this week…
Touted with an exit after a reported row with Mauricio Pochettino, it appears as though the prospect of the Englishman leaving the club is quickly becoming a very realistic one.
It would certainly be a shame for Walker, who has come on leaps and bounds over the last few years, but it would appear as though tensions are at an impasse between the pair.
For the Tottenham fans in the pub, the reaction to the news has been very mixed. A strong contingent want to see Walker leave the club, but others have touted him as irreplaceable – leaving the pub divided.
The fans on Twitter, though, are decidedly more convinced – with many confident in Pochettino’s ability to replace the defender. Indeed, many don’t think that Walker’s departure will have any impact – with many taking to Twitter to input their point of view…
