Swansea City fans here in the Transfer Tavern have spent many a weekend drowning their sorrows of late after a dismal run of results which has seen them win just once in ten games.
The popular former Swans central defender has been in charge since February 2014 and has experienced a largely successful time at the helm of the club he holds in such high regard.
With the Swans slipping to 14th in the Premier League the club may be forced to act and are said to be considering potential candidates should the opt to part with Monk.
Saturday’s 2-2 draw at home to Bournemouth is not likely to be the final straw but one Swans supporter tucking into his pub lunch is deeply concerned and thinks it might be time to go with a more experienced manager to ensure the club stay in the Premier League.
Swansea fans… Should Monk stay or go? Does his affiliation with the club give him some extra time? Who would replace him?
