 Hugo Lloris

Hugo Lloris is undoubtedly one of Europe’s best goalkeepers – so you would expect his market value to reflect that.

However, according to transfermarkt.com – he is rated at just £20.4 million; which appears to be well off the mark.

This undoubtedly has something to do with his age, considering he is 29 years old – but as a goalkeeper he still has his best years ahead of him.

Our landlord thinks that if Tottenham offered him out for that price they would have a queue of teams ready to sign him. He thinks that it needs to be doubled – at least!

Dele Alli

Dele Alli is the shining light when it comes to young English players. Given how rare good English youngsters are, their values are inflated and are often sky-high – but Dele Alli’s does not seem to reflect that.

He is rated at just £17m – putting him on a par with players like Sissoko and Dembele.

The Tottenham fans in the Tavern think that he is easily one of the best players at the club, and that his value should reflect that.

Victor Wanyama

Victor Wanyama was signed for close to his market value, with transfermarkt placing it around the £12.75m mark – but he has proven since his arrival that he is worth far more than that.

He has become the key figure in the Tottenham midfield, and he is now the man that makes this side tick.

Wanyama is valued far lower than the likes of Eric Dier, whom he is currently keeping out of the side, so his value definitely needs an increase.
