Lots of Tottenham fans have been reacting to a stunning transfer link, as one report claims they want to sign former target Willian.
The Chelsea star was of course on the brink of joining Spurs way back in 2013 before the Blues hijacked the move, prompting outrage from the north London club.
According to Ian McGarry though, who is a presenter for The Transfer Window Podcast, the Lilywhites have actually already opened a dialogue with the Brazil international’s entourage about a summer move.
Willian’s contract expires at the end of the season, and offering him the chance to stay in London and play for Jose Mourinho, who of course managed him at Stamford Bridge, may well be enough to pull off a shock transfer.
That said, the Spurs fans on Twitter seem completely divided over a move for the 31 year-old who has scored 57 goals and provided 58 assists in over 300 appearances with Chelsea.
