Lots of Tottenham fans have been reacting to the latest news on Harry Kane’s injury, as reports claim the extent of his hamstring tear is still yet to be discovered and could keep him out for three months.
The Spurs faithful were undoubtedly rocked by the news that Kane’s injury sustained during the defeat to Southampton was indeed a hamstring tear, as confirmed by the club’s official statement, and things could be going from bad to worse.
According to Football.London, it is not yet known whether the tear is grade two or grade three.
A grade two injury is simply a partial tear of the hamstring, while grade three is a complete tear of the muscle, which could keep the striker out for three months and even require surgery.
This would of course keep him out for the majority of the rest of the Premier League season as well as both Champions League ties against Red Bull Leipzig, and plenty of fans have given their verdicts on Twitter.
