Tottenham Hotspur fans have been lauding Harry Winks after the midfielder’s performance away to Greek side Olympiakos.
Spurs drew 2-2 as the blew a two-goal lead for the second time this season. Harry Kane and Lucas Moura got the Lilywhites on their way with two goals in four minutes, however, Mauricio Pochettino’s side were pulled back to 2-2 thanks to goals from Castelo Podence and Mathieu Valbuena (via BBC).
One Tottenham fan posted Winks’ statistics for the game on Twitter, praising the England international. The Englishman had the most touches on the pitch as well as maintaining 100% tackle and dribble success rates (via Twitter).
Winks also made seven recoveries, two clearances, won five duels, played two successful long balls, and completed 94.3% of his 83 passes.
Fans were more than complimentary of their central midfielder as they took to Twitter to praise him for his performance in the Champions League.
