Tottenham Hotspur have made an offer for Fenerbahce striker Vedat Muriqi, that is according to Turkish journalist Ferudun Nigdelioglu.
However, it is thought that Spurs are not the only Premier League club trying to sign the 25-year-old with Burnley also having made a bid according to Nigdelioglu.

Muriqi has been prolific for Fenerbahce this season, netting 11 times in 17 appearances in all competitions whilst also chipping in with four assists (Transfermarkt).
He has also been a regular for Kosovo and scored four goals in five Euro 2020 qualifying appearances, including one against England at St Mary’s back in September (Transfermarkt).
However, despite his impressive numbers for both club and country, it seems that Spurs fans are divided over the striker’s potential arrival.
Whilst some think he would be a good signing who could back-up Harry Kane, others aren’t sure he’s good enough whilst there are also concerns about his injury record.
Here is what some had to say on Twitter about the club potentially signing Muriqi, with one fan quick to compare him to ex-Spurs striker Vincent Janssen…
Vincent Jannsen in disguise – No thanks, we’ve been there & done that

He’s a beast but had a few injuries which is a worry

He puts himself about a lot, never stops battling for the team and is quite a handful. Would be decent back up to kane and wouldnt expect a starting role.
