West Bromwich Albion are at a crossroads in their season by the look of things and how they progress in the next few weeks could well decide how the campaign goes.
The Baggies have been the leading light in the league for much of the year but recent weeks have seen a downturn in form and now they find themselves being hounded by those in the play-offs.
The automatic promotion race has opened right up and Slaven Bilic and co. now need to ensure they are not left behind with those around them in better form.
Signings between now and the deadline could be crucial, then, but it seems as though Mislav Orsic will now not be joining the club this month:
