West Bromwich Albion could only muster a point from their game with Wigan Athletic last night as the Baggies drew 1-1 in the Sky Bet Championship at the DW Stadium.
The Baggies have been one of the two standout sides so far in the second tier with them and Leeds United setting an electric pace that has now opened up an eleven point lead on 3rd place.
Clearly, they are the two sides to beat right now but fans of the men from the Hawthorns will hope that they are going to perform better than they did last night at the weekend when they take on Birmingham City.
It was a far from free-flowing performance from the side from the Black Country but, even so, they got a point out of it and can look to kick on now.
