West Brom progressed into the next round of the FA Cup on Sunday afternoon as they edged out fellow Championship side Charlton Athletic 1-0 at The Valley.
Both sides named changed teams for the clash with the Addicks suffering from an injury crisis and West Brom manager Slaven Bilic obviously wanting to keep his players fresh for the games that lie ahead in the race for promotion in the league.
The side he named got the job done, though, with a decent performance and the Croatian will be rightly happy with the young players he saw that played as they put in a good showing.
There’s no reason to suggest that they won’t get another chance to shine in the next round, too, and the draw for that has been made with it revealed ahead of Arsenal’s game with Leeds United.
