West Bromwich Albion fans were praising Nathan Ferguson after the club’s official Twitter account tweeted a picture of him.
The praise comes following a solid start to the season for the youth product, who has played both right-back and left-back. Express and Star gave the youngster a seven out of 10 for his performance against Fulham last Saturday.
The 18-year-old has started and finished six of West Brom’s seven Championship games so far this season (via Transfermarkt). Ferguson averages the most tackles and the fourth-most clearances of any player in Slaven Bilic’s squad this campaign (via WhoScored).
The West Brom academy player has been at the club since the age of eight, and said in a recent interview he is ‘living the dream’.
