The Hammers have built quite the reputation over the years for being an exciting hub of young talent, and Slaven Bilic is a manager that has never been afraid to throw youngsters in at the deep end.
Whilst the Croation boss has struggled this year, he is slowly turning it around – and their increasing form could foresee the rise of a few young players over the next few years – and he has an abundance of young stars to choose from.

Signed from Man City, Martin Samuelson is an exciting midfielder that is currently on loan at Peterborough United.
Able to play across the midfield, Samuelson is an exciting player that has bags of technical ability and is fantastic on the ball. He has already made his debut for the first team, in the Europea League, and that could be the start of some big things to come.
At just 19-years-old, Samuelson clearly has his best years ahead of him – and Bilic would be wise to give him a chance upon his return to the London Stadium.
He has had a few mixed loan spells lately, but he might be the sort of player that needs the responsibility that comes with playing for your parent club.
Domingos Quina
What a coup Domingos Quina’s signing was.
Highly-rated amongst the Chelsea fans in the Transfer Tavern, the midfielder was snatched by the Hammers as he searched for regular football – and West Ham were seemingly keen to offer him that.
It has been slow going for him since then, having yet to make a Premier League appearance, but he has had a chance in cup competition since joining.
An exciting dribbler with bags of technique – he could be star – and at just 17-years-old, the best is yet to come.
