It seems like David Moyes will look towards younger players going forward, and the latest news from Football.London suggests that he will utilise academy player Grady Diangana next season as he has earmarked him to play a key role in the West Ham side. This has seen a lot of Hammers fans react to the news.
The 22-year-old is currently on loan at Championship side West Brom and it is fair to say that he has done extremely well at the Hawthorns. In his 21 league appearances he has managed to score five goals from the left-wing, whilst also chipping in with six assists on top of that per Transfermarkt.

He has also managed on average 1.5 shots per game, which would rank him fifth best in the Hammers squad, whilst his 1.3 key passes would rank him third and his 2.3 successful dribbles per game would see him in the top three, via WhoScored.
Even though he is in the division below, these stats are very promising for such a young player and they may improve further playing in a Premier League side. Clearly it has impressed Moyes as well, as he plans to utilise the winger to help push the squad up the table when the new campaign starts.
It seems that this news has delighted many Irons fans who, perhaps unsurprisingly given his form for West Brom this season, are eager to see what he can do in their first team. Here is how some reacted on Twitter…
