Many West Ham fans have aired their delight with reports regarding Paul Nevin‘s future at the club.
According to ExWHUemployee, and as tweeted by @WHUFCFZ, the 51-year-old was approached by Chris Hughton, who wanted the Irons coach to join him at Nottingham Forest. Nevin turned down the approach because he is happy at West Ham and he also feels good about the direction in which the club is moving.
This would suggest that Moyes has surrounded himself with coaches who are loyal and believe in him. With the recent run of results, it also shows that he has picked the right men, as the Irons are currently undefeated in four games against Tottenham, Manchester City, Leicester and Wolves.
The squad’s confidence should be high and they could well back themselves to get a result against a jittery, injury-hit Liverpool side tomorrow night.

Might have thought that was a slam dunk response.. yet I suspect that Chris & co are fully aware of the fact that Sully won’t offer the Manager a contract until he is sure that the performance level continues well into the new year & saw an opportunity. May not be the last.
