West Ham United: Fans react as Arthur Masuaku livestreams with Marko Arnautovic

A lot of West Ham fans are talking about former Iron Marko Arnautovic after he was on Instagram live with full-back Arthur Masuaku.

The Austrian striker quickly became a fan favourite in East London after his £20.07 million move from Stoke in July 2017, per Transfermarkt, having managed to score 25 goals and provide 12 assists in 65 appearances.

However the 30 year-old left the club on a sour note after forcing a move, per The Telegraph, to Chinese club Shanghai SIPG last summer for £22.50 million, per Transfermarkt.

During the exchange on social media with Masuaku, Arnautovic posted the message: “Tell them that West Ham need me, I come bro no worries.”

That has certainly got the Irons fanbase talking and whilst you would expect them to still be frustrated with the player for the way in which he left, it seems that many clearly remember how good he was for the club and would want him to return – indeed one suggested they ‘would take him back with open arms.’

It will be interesting to see if the club do attempt to re-sign the striker after these latest comments.
