Paolo Di Canio is a much-loved figure at West Ham United, having given the fans so many incredible memories, such as his fantastic volley against Wimbledon.
One of the things that have seen him remain so popular is that he is still very fond of the club and its fans, as he has once again shown in a video posted on West Ham’s official Twitter page:

The Italian played a total of 128 games in a West Ham shirt, scoring 50 goals and assisting 14 times, as per Transfermarkt.
Many West Ham fans will argue that what he offered can’t be measured by statistics, due to the many memories he gave, the passion he played with and flair he possessed.
These factors combined mean that despite his most recent season for the Hammers being in 2002/03, he is very much still adored by many of the club’s supporters, as can be seen from the response to the video.
