Southampton have had another decent season, building on the success of the last few years under Ronald Koeman to really establish themselves as a top half Premier League side.
The Saints and their manager Claude Puel have on occasions looked irresistible, while at times inconsistencies and individual mistakes have cost them vital points.
The Southampton fans have been coming into the Tavern this season in their droves, and on the whole remain happy. Talk this week from them has firmly centred on the summer transfer window though, where the club will be hoping to not lose some of their top stars yet again.
Our landlord though thinks that there are some players in the Saints squad who will be looking over their shoulders, and we agree.
So with this in mind, we take a look at THREE Southampton players who could be on their way out this summer…
Florin Gardos

The Romanian centre back seems to have been with Southampton for ages now, but never seems to get in the team.
His time will surely come to an end on the South Coast this summer, and a move back to mainland Europe could well be something which he fancies.
Sofiane Boufal

It might be a case of first season syndrome, but Boufal has not settled well since becoming the clubs record signing.
Boufal might well turn up next season and perform, but he is certainly someone who’s head could be on the chopping block this summer.
Josh Sims

Sims is not someone who is included in this list for being not good enough, but a loan move might well be the making of him.
Sims looked superb when he broke into the team earlier in the season but has since drifted out of favour. A move to the Championship could do him the world of good, and really give him a chance to consistently showcase his talents.
