Former Leeds United striker Robbie Fowler shared his opinion on the news that the South Stand will be named in tribute to Norman Hunter. As expected, loads of fans have been discussing his seven word tweet.
Replying to a post from the club’s official Twitter account, Fowler tweeted his admiration of the board’s decision with a nod towards the Peacocks’ famous anthem, saying “Leeds Leeds Leeds… definitely marching on together.”

After arriving at Elland Road from Liverpool for £15.12m in the 2001 winter transfer window, the Reds academy graduate scored 14 goals in just 31 appearances for the Whites in all competitions, and he departed for Manchester City two seasons later.
Fowler bagged 248 goals in 568 games throughout his entire career, before finally hanging up his boots in 2015. The ex-England international is currently in charge of Australian A-League side Brisbane Roar.
