Celtic are steaming towards the Scottish Premier League title pretty much unchallenged, and Brendan Rodgers is more than happy with how his team are performing.

The Bhoys have been excellent for all the season more or less, and remain unbeaten with only a few months of the season remaining.

Our Celtic fans who frequent the Transfer Tavern have been in a good mood of late as they play their weekly game of killer pool, with plenty of comments made about the quality of their squad.

One thing Celtic have done over the last few years is bring through some excellent young talent. Word among the Bhoys fans who have been chatting to our landlord is that there are more than a few young players ready to break into the first team soon.

With this in mind, we have taken a look at TWO young Celtic stars that fans need to be aware of…

Liam Henderson

Already somewhat of a regular in the first team squad at Celtic Park, Henderson is certainly one player who could go on to have a top class future with the club.

Loan spells have served him well, and his impressive spell with Hibernian saw him really develop.

The midfielder will be hoping for a long career with Celtic, and would no doubt love to captain the club one day.

Aidan Nesbitt

Another midfield player at the club who looks promising, the 20-year-old is currently enjoying spell with Morton, where he has become a regular fixture in the first eleven.

Nesbitt will be hoping to return to Celtic Park next season and put his stamp on the team, and one day hopefully progress to being captain of this huge club.
