These 2 players have seriously regressed under Bilic at West Ham United

West Ham United have suffered from serious inconsistencies this season, and their manager Slaven Bilic has had to deal with numerous issues throughout the season.

Our Hammers fans here at the Transfer Tavern have been struggling to piece together the clubs season so far, and a lot of talk over at the pool table has centred on those players who have let the club down.

Certain players this term have simply not performed, and some would argue have gone backwards under Bilic.

Our landlord concurs with this thought, and he thinks that some West Ham players need to seriously up their game if they are to remain at the Olympic Stadium.

With this in mind, we have taken a look at TWO West Ham players who have regressed under Slaven Bilic…

Ashley Fletcher

Despite having bags of ability on offer, Fletcher has not quite hit the ground running in the Premier League as yet.

The former Man United man was impressive during his loan with Barnsley last season, leading to him earning his move to the Hammers. However, he needs to do more, and he will be hoping Bilic gives him more chances to impress between now and the end of the season.

Diafra Sakho

The striker has fallen out of favour under Bilic and has also had to contend with numerous injuries this term too.

However, this does not detract from the fact he appears to have gone backwards in his actual performances, and Sakho could well be a player who is finding himself on the move when the summer transfer window rolls around.
